Visage Air Care – Terms and Conditions

1. Service Scope

Visage Air Care provides professional air-conditioning cleaning services for residential and small commercial clients. Our services include standard cleaning of window-type, split-type, floor-mounted, and ceiling-mounted air conditioning units. Additional services may be offered upon request and are subject to separate charges.

2. Booking and Scheduling

  • Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance via our website or official contact channels.
  • The client must provide accurate information regarding the number, type, and installation height of aircon units to ensure proper time allocation.
  • Estimated cleaning duration per unit varies by type and condition. A buffer time may be added for technician setup and clean-up.

3. Payments

  • Full payment is required upon completion of the service.
  • We accept payments via GCash, PayMaya, and other modes indicated on our website.
  • Prices are stated in Philippine Peso (₱) and include labor and standard materials only.
  • Additional charges may apply for:
    • Units installed above 8 feet (+₱300)
    • Heavily soiled or neglected units
    • Replacement parts (with client approval)

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the appointment without penalty.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment may incur a ₱300 cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will be charged 50% of the total quoted service fee.

5. Access and Safety

  • The client must ensure the technician has safe and clear access to the units.
  • For elevated installations, Visage Air Care reserves the right to assess on-site risks and may decline service if conditions are unsafe.

6. Liability

  • Visage Air Care is not responsible for damages due to pre-existing faults in the unit (e.g., electrical issues, worn-out parts).
  • We guarantee services performed with reasonable care and skill. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours after service completion for resolution.
  • We are fully insured for services provided within residential and low-rise properties.

7. Privacy

  • Customer information is kept confidential and used only for booking, communication, and internal service tracking.
  • No personal data will be shared with third parties without the client's consent.

8. Changes to Terms

Visage Air Care reserves the right to update or revise these terms without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies agreement to the latest version of these terms.
